GENERAL COMPETITION RULES

Eligibility. — The contest is open to all scale modelers. Models that have won either First, Second or Third Place honors in previous IPMS Philippines-Bert Anido national competitions are not permitted to enter. The organizers reserve the right to deny participation to any person for any violation of these rules.
