IPMS Philippines Bert Anido Receives Recognition

IPMS Philippines Bert Anido recently received the Philippine charter from IPMS UK through the efforts of president emeritus Franklin Ching.

The International Plastic Modellers’ Society was founded in Great Britain in 1963… It was originally called the British Plastic Modellers’ Society, but soon expanded into a truly international body.
